Human Resources: Implements of all Board Policies under the domain of Human Resouces Coordinates and monitors certificated credentialing Develops appropriate complaint/compliance procedures as required by the District Board of Education Responsible for recruiting District personnel Responsible for all pre-employment qualification of new hires Coordinates the use and pay of certificated/classified substitutes Develops, implements and maintains the district's procedures and collective bargaining evaluation requirements Responsible for the District's human and payroll services.
