The Steele Lane community is dedicated to the total child through: Nurturing, Education and Building Self Responsibility.

NURTURING - Provides a secure learning environment which fosters an appreciation for individual and cultural diversity and develops among students a caring for one another and a sense of belonging.

EDUCATION - Stimulates and motivates all students to learn to have short and long term educational goals so they understand how these goals relate to everyday living.

SELF-RESPONSIBILITY - Creates a climate which fosters self-esteem and recognizes and rewards self-responsibility.
